San Diego Windshield Repair began in 2007. Most everyone owns a car, and I saw an opportunity to build a business for myself and provide a useful service to the community as a local windshield repair service. I am native to San Diego and I can’t imagine a better place to live and work! Shortly after receiving my Glasweldfactory windshield repair training, I began growing my business to include dealerships, businesses and to the public. My focus was to make having your windshield repaired as convenient as possible, therefore, becoming a mobile service to the greater San Diego area was the best solution.
My business plan was straightforward, integrity, respect, and customer service. Treating others as we would like to be treated, listening to the customers needs, responding in a timely manner, and making sure they understand the scope of work being performed are most important. I will discuss all aspects of the repair before work begins. While I verbally describe the steps of the repair process, customers usually ask important questions which tell me what the goal they are trying to achieve by repairing their damaged windshield. Full disclosure beforehand puts the customer at ease and simply makes a good overall customer experience. I take pride in my work, and I strive to be the best windshield repair in San Diego!
