Through the years I’ve been asked by many customers, ” How is a damaged windshield repaired “? There are three steps in the process:
1. The Pressure cycle-Injecting resin to the damaged area.
2.The Vacuum cycle-Vaccuming the from the chip.
3.The Curing cycle-Applying a U.V. lamp to the chip.
In this video I will demonstrate the process of windshield repair. The purpose is to briefly highlight the three steps for an better understanding of my services. In real time a repair takes approximately 30 minutes, but the video feature all the steps and show before and after close ups for reference .
